FOB、CIF、CFR共同点：
1. 卖方负责装货并充分通知，买方负责接货；

4. 装运港交货，风险、费用划分一致，以船舷为界；
5. 交货性质相同，都是凭单交货、凭单付款；
6. 都适合于海洋运输和内河运输。
FOB、CIF、CFR间不同点：
1. FOB：买方负责租船订舱、到付运费；办理保险、支付保险；
2. CIF：卖方负责租船订舱、预付运费；办理保险、支付保险；
3. CFR：卖方负责租船订舱、预付运费；买方负责办理保险、支付保险。
